Policies:

• We currently do not accept or bill insurance, but most insurance companies will cover labs and imaging ordered by our physicians.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened medicinary products.
• There is a fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or for patients who do not show up for appointments.
